Wilsons Yard Limited – Purchases and Returns Policy

1. Purchases
1.1. Buyers are advised to ensure that they fully understand the nature and condition of the goods prior to purchase.
1.2. The majority of our products are reclaimed, antique or pre‑used in nature and may display imperfections, wear and tear, historical repairs, or other signs of age and use.
1.3. Where possible, we recommend customers use our Click and Collect service. This allows inspection of goods prior to dispatch to ensure suitability.

2. Returns
2.1. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2.2. This policy does not apply to any goods that have been specially made, modified, or tailored to your specification.
2.3. All return requests must be made in writing to the Company, stating the reason for the return and quoting your proof of purchase or receipt.
2.4. No goods should be returned without prior Return Authorisation from the Company. A Returns Approval Code will be issued when a return is accepted.
2.5. All packaging, transport, and shipping arrangements (including insurance) for returning goods shall be the responsibility and cost of the customer.
2.6. Returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
2.7. The Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these terms.

3. Refunds
3.1. Once your item has been received and inspected, the Company will notify you of receipt and confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.
3.2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
3.3. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your card issuer’s processing policies.

4. Shipping
4.1. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs associated with returning any item.
4.2. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
4.3. A valid Returns Authorisation Code must be obtained from the Company before sending any goods back.
